'A recovery /pre-cool down track. This was used to be a track taught to us by our dance fitness instructor way back 2012 when we were still students.  Since choreographies are nice, we also shared it with our students and they loved the steps too. This was an unplanned video shoot and just tight after the class  Danced by KOD : Lahoa and her studens Gladz and Marlee'
